How Fanmoot works
Join a club, post your take, defend it. That is the whole product.
Moots
A moot is a post. Reply to one and you have a thread; quote one and you have brought it into your own timeline with your answer attached. Every moot has a permalink that works for anyone, signed in or not.
Reactions, not likes
Five reactions, and you pick one: Respect, Heat, Tactics, Banter, Offside. A like says nothing about a tactical argument. The vocabulary a product gives people shapes the conversation it gets, so this one is football's.
Match threads
Every published fixture has a thread of its own, running oldest-first because a match is a chronology: team news, the argument during, the post-mortem after. Fixtures and results have their own pages, and both link to the thread.
Standing
A tier on your badge — Rookie through Legend — reflects what you have contributed, what your takes drew back, how often your posts passed the football check first time, and how long you have stood by a club. The number behind it stays private to you; the tier is what others see, so there is no score to farm.
